1. Payments

Sardinia Fresh offers secure and versatile payment methods. We currently accept:

All transactions are encrypted through SSL/TLS protocols and processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Sardinia Fresh does not store or process any credit card information directly on its servers. Any unauthorized use of payment methods will result in legal action and cancellation of services.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation. Standard orders within Sardinia are delivered on the same day, barring unforeseen logistical or meteorological circumstances.
For specialty items included in the Luxury Box, which require air freight or third-party sourcing, delivery times may vary (typically within 24–48 hours). Sardinia Fresh will promptly notify the client of any delays.

Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, product type, and urgency. For custom deliveries to yachts, villas, and luxury residences, bespoke delivery logistics are arranged for maximum discretion and efficiency.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement unless already dispatched.
Refunds will be issued only if the goods are found damaged, spoiled, or non-conforming upon hand delivery, and such claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours, accompanied by photographic proof.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Perishable goods delivered as requested
Items delivered and accepted by the recipient
Orders completed within 48 hours of placement

Sardinia Fresh reserves the right to evaluate exceptional refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

4. Terms of Use

Access and use of this website are subject to the following conditions:

You agree not to misuse the website for illegal purposes.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior consent.
Any attempt to interfere with the site’s security, alter its functionality, or extract data will result in immediate legal action and denial of service.

Sardinia Fresh may suspend, modify, or terminate services at any time without notice, in the event of force majeure, abuse, or non-compliance.
